In this article, I talk about Protaras Holidays- which is the type of holidays the majority of people visiting Cyprus want to do. Protaras is a destination us Cypriots, as well as almost 4million tourists visiting Cyprus per year, know very well.

Here I am telling you all about the most luxurious flat I found in all of Protaras, and why I fell in love with it. The location, the luxury, and the convenience make this accommodation, the best option for your Protaras holidays.

Protaras Holidays – The Location of Sofias Seaview

One of the biggest perks of Sofias Seaview is its location. I mean, it couldn’t be more centrally located if it tried! Situated right in the center of Protaras Square, exactly opposite Costa Coffee and next to the delicious eats of the Malthouse Restaurant. I left my car in the parking lot of the complex and didn’t need to drive for days! The beautiful beaches of Protaras Bay such as Fig Tree and Sunrise Beach are only a few minute’s walk and I didn’t have to constantly wait for parking – Halleluiah! In the evenings there are so many restaurants and bars to choose from it’s almost overwhelming!

Protaras Holidays – Parking and access to Sofias Seaview

Sofia’s has free parking behind the property, and access to the flat is given by a small set of stairs (about 10 steps). Once outside, you will find a lockbox. You enter the code given to you when you make your booking and you’ll find the key inside! So whatever time you want to check-in, say goodbye to having to chase the owner around for the key!

The Interior – Living Room and Kitchen

This luxurious flat is brand new and modern down to the last detail. Entering the flat, you will see a large open plan kitchen and a living room area. Here is what you will find:

• Large glass dining table with luxurious swede chairs
• Complimentary wine and fruit
• Complimentary coffee and drink vouchers from Mikel Protaras – Located a 2 min walk from the apartment.
• A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, kettle, microwave and so on
• Modern living room area with two large sofas that fit 6 people
• Huge plasma TV
• Large brand new air-condition unit

Protaras Holidays – The Bedrooms and Bathroom.

There are two bedrooms at Sofias Seaview. To your left, you will find the master bedroom and to your right the second. In between then, is the bathroom. The master bedroom is a huge room with an impossibly comfortable bed – a brand new one- I can tell, trust me! There are 4 pillows on the bed, light blocking blinds, and two large empty wardrobes with hangers/drawers. There is also a large vanity mirror, a hairdryer, and a new A/C.

The second bedroom is just as large, if not bigger, and has two single beds inside. It offers the same amenities mentioned in the master bedroom.

The bathroom has a stand-up shower with a glass door and I was pleasantly surprised with the intense water pressure. No more silly showers that dribble water like a dried-up fountain- hurrah! There is also a washing machine (with detergent and fabric softener too!) and extra storage space.

Sofias Seaview – The exterior

The exterior is perfect for summer parties and nighttime relaxation. You will find:

• A large veranda with two sofas and a coffee table
• space to dry clothes
• standing space for plenty of people
• A set of stairs leading to a large sunroof. There is a dining table and chairs upstairs as well as space and equipment for our favorite summer activity; barbeque parties!

As you can probably tell, I fell in love with Sofias Seaview. Primarily because I am so sick and tired of second rate accommodations, filthy old beds, and horrible decor found elsewhere.

With Protaras and Ayia Napa being the primal vacation spots for holidays in Cyprus, so many rentals are looking to make some quick cash. By doing so they provide both locals and tourists with old, unkept accommodation that really puts Cyprus to shame. We’ve all stayed in a few of those in our past- and not out choice!

Sofias Seaview took no shortcuts to luxury, and this is evident throughout. This place really has what to takes for Protaras Holidays you will definitely remember.
